I've started doing Amazon Flex as a side hustle during the late nights to help with some bills. For now, I’m putting YouTube on the backburner. But let me be clear—this doesn’t mean I’m stopping. YouTube is my dream. Bringing value to others and creating something meaningful on a platform with so much potential reach has always been my goal. I just need to become more disciplined in this craft.
I’ve followed through on what I planned so far, but the one thing I’m lagging on is producing the videos. I guess this is a test—a real challenge for me—but I’m ready for it. I’m committed to doing YouTube for the rest of my life because creating content is what I love. Whether it eventually pays me or not doesn’t matter as much as knowing I’ve brought value to my audience. That’s what truly drives me.
This is a big dream, and maybe I’m taking a leap. But something deep inside tells me I can do this. I feel this burning desire to keep pushing forward. Sure, running three channels, managing two businesses, raising two kids, learning to edit, and mastering the art of YouTube might be too much. Honestly, how many hours does one person have in a day? I don’t know the answer to that yet.
What I do know is that I’ve made a promise to myself. I’m going to put my feet down and stick with YouTube for five years. After that, I’ll decide what comes next. For now, this is my plan, and I’m going all in.
One day, I’ll look back on this decision and realize it was the best one I’ve ever made. I’m excited to share more as I keep moving forward.
